I did make choices at Hunter that directed my trajectory in life, beginning with Mr. Kizner's Mythology class in Senior year. There is a direct line from that class through majoring in Religion in college, to becoming a Reiki Master toward the end of my professional career and establishing a Reiki academy, including providing distance Reiki worldwide and recently joining No One Dies Alone. My lifelong spiritual path began with a curiosity about religious beliefs that arose in Mr. Kizner's Mythology class. I can see the moment in my memory, the room full of Hunter girls, the tall windows, the green paint, and Mr. Kizner pointing the way. In college (at Hunter) I took first year Latin with Mr. Kizner as well. Bottom line it was an inspirational teacher who helped me plant my feet on my life's path.
